Food at the Gradings

Post  Simon Weaver on Mon Nov 02, 2009 4:43 pm

Hi all who are attending

Just want to know if there are any people who have any issues with food - eg vegetarians or food allergies.
the menu is Chilli & Rice and Panacalty (corned beef hash with sausage, bacon for those not from Tyneside Rolling Eyes )
Will also be doing some nuggets for any kiddies (young & old).

If I can sort out something as an alternative, I will, however I'm on a tight budget.
Can you let me know asap as I need to plan my shopping trip Very Happy

Simon

both will be OK i think, not too much rice with the chilli and not too much potato with the panac, that will reduce the carbs me thinks

thanks Simon

it's not a case that he needs low carbs we just calculate injections - one unit per 10g of carbs

just need to know if any beans peas etc as they contain quite high levels of carbs too! just makes life easier for us and makes Alastair feel better if we can be as accurate as we can
