THE COST FOR ALL ATTENDING GRADINGS IN SEAHAM ON SAT THE 14TH OF NOVEMBER WILL BE £20 THIS WILL INCLUDE FOOD TEA/COFFIE I WILL NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY ARE ATTENDING 2WKS BEFORE AT THE LATEST cheers Laughing lol!

I'll be there doing my best for green. Hope all ok with you, my body ached like merry hell after that sunday training session at our place. Looking forward to coming up to Seaham, never been before.
