The Course ran on 15/03/09

Post  BigE on Sun Mar 15, 2009 8:01 pm

Hi to you all,

Well 20 Budoka trained today, including some guests and how did it go?

I myself was pleased with the outcome, as no one died!!

Sword, kendo, traditional and freestyle kung fu, plus some dirty stuff and others.

All seemed to enjoy it and the camoradorie? was still in evidence.

The food was once again all eaten, under protest. (mostly by Norman and Steve!)

Thank you to Sue, Joanne, Kirsty and Emma who helped out throughout the day.

Thank you to the Scots and Geordies for the invasion, be it for a short while only.

Good to see our pal and Shihan, Norman up and running again. Missed you mate!

Any comments and questions can be placed here for all to read and answer.

I only hope some of you have learned a little more from today?

Big E Do.

What a Day!
Another excellent course.... Mind was still racing when I tried to go to bed so no sleep until the birds started to wake up..
I loved the Chan session. Learning a form that way realy made it sink in.
Many thanks to Big Steve for being a cracking partner for the day, To hanshi for the lessons, to Sue and the girls for the food, and finally to Kirsty for fixing me again...
Cant wait for the next one cheers lol!
