It was a great day for the grading and training. Felt it most this morning when I got out of bed and every time I get out of the chair. No pain no gain etc etc. Congratulations to Soke, I am really pleased for you, no one deserves it more.

Thanks to Paul and all the guys and girls for making us so very welcome, theatmosphere and the food was superb. It's the first time I 've been to Seaham and it really was agreat experience to train with different instructors and styles and I look forward to visiting the club again at some time cheers .

Congratulations to Soke Mark Kemp, bout time.

Big thanks to Hanshi Norman Wall and Soke Mick Benfell for coming.

It was nice to see a good turn out on Sunday, the day was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Gradings and standards were good (Paul and Rob give your students a pat on the back) as was the training in the afternoon.

Thanks to Paul for putting on a great day (Simon don't forget), and to Rob for bring half of Scotland down with him. (shame you remembered about your doggy bag Twisted Evil )

And thanks to all who turned up.

And beneath this hard exterior, I do have a soft side as shown on Sunday (but donít get use to it, it only comes out on very very special occasions Razz )
